Duration: 1.5 - full day

A tailored introduction to systems thinking for your organization, a 1.5 hr to half day session will include:

• An introduction to the fundamentals of systems thinking through engaging activities and real-world examples.

• Your choice of one hands-on activity:
  – An Iceberg Model exercise to surface patterns beneath events and uncover deeper structures and mindsets shaping your system;
  – and/or a 3D Mapping activity where you create a physical model of the system you serve, revealing hidden connections and perspectives.

• A guided future visioning exercise, helping your team anchor possibility in the sensory and emotional and chart a path forward.

Systemic Constellation

For a full day session, in addition to aforementioned activities, the session may also include:

• An introduction to the basics of systems mapping; participants will brainstorm feedback loops and discuss leverage points for change in the system you serve.

• A systemic constellation exercise to identify visible and hidden dynamics and power structures shaping the system: participants will move past analysis into embodied awareness to step into the perspectives of key actors, revealing new leverage points for change.

By the end of the session, participants will leave with a richer understanding of systemic transformation and practical tools to drive deeper, more effective change.Whether you're new to systems thinking or looking for a fresh perspective, this tailored introduction equips your team with a powerful systems lens and a shared experience to support deeper, more strategic conversations.
