For those ready to go beyond the basics, this immersive workshop offers a deeper, more experiential dive into systems change. Depending on the length of the session, this may include:

An introduction to the basics of systems mapping; participants will brainstorm feedback loops and discuss leverage points for change in the system you serve.
Identify visible and hidden dynamics and power structures shaping the system: participants will move past analysis into embodied awareness to step into the perspectives of key actors, revealing new leverage points for change.
A guided future visioning exercise, helping your team reimagine possibilities and chart a path forward.
By the end of the session, participants will leave with a richer understanding of systemic transformation and practical tools to drive deeper, more effective change.

Duration: two weeks to multiple months
We will guide your organization through an in-depth exploration to understand and influence the underlying dynamics of the system you operate in. The length of advisory engagement depends on the number of external stakeholders you would like to involve. Depending on length of engagement, our support may include:
A landscape study of the system you serve in through desktop study and/or stakeholder interviews
Identification of a guiding star for your system - an aspirational state of your system's desired condition; and a framing question that will guide the systems mapping
A workshop to identify causal loops and co-create the systems map, including embodied practices to surface hidden dynamics and power structures shaping the system
Socializing the systems map with external stakeholders to seek feedback
A second workshop to identify leverage points for change and develop a theory of transformation, including a guided future visioning exercise, helping your team reimagine possibilities and chart a path forward.
